About Us

SunShineTextile Enterprise Co., Ltd. has been 35 years since its establishment in 1986 and covers an area of ​​100 acres (approximately 66000m²). From the beginning of the shuttle loom to now, it has more than 600 looms (TSUDAKOMA water jet loom, STAUBLI dobby jacquard machine, TOYOTA-JAT 810 air-jet looms), eight sets of warping machines, sizing, and beaming machines. The number of employees has also expanded from 20 to 250. The annual turnover has grown steadily from NT$20 million in 1986 to 2011 for more than NT$ 1.2 billion.

President Chuang is optimistic about the technological advantages and innovation capabilities of Taiwan's textile industry. Taiwan's strength is in a research and development base where countries around the world are striving to seek cooperation opportunities. In addition to the new planning and expansion of a novel, advanced, and spacious air-conditioned factory, and lastly, it provides customers with better fabric choices.
 

Milestones

• 2010 - Introduced 300 Japanese TSUDAKOMA new multi-jet electronic looms, which created high value-added fabric products, with an average monthly production efficiency of 6.5 million yards.

• 2012 - Added to a professional sizing plant to sell various sizing shaft yarns.

• 2015 - 54  latest TOYOTA's air-jet looms were newly purchased,  a total of more than 200 looms of the 230cm wide loom, and obtained ISO9001 certification.

• 2016 - Ministry of Economic Affairs Science and Technology Research and Development Project, and A+ Enterprise Innovation Research and Development Chain Integration Research and Development Project.

• 2017 - Passed the SGS ISO9001:2015 certification, the VF and SCSA organization, factory inspection audit.

• 2018 - Won On the ISPO Exhibition, ISPO TEX TRENDS TOP 10 and ISPO TEX TRENDS SELECTION and other awards.
